A Well Fed Seed

"Dear wonderful farmers at the Wayward Seed,

It is unlikely that we will be joining a CSA this summer, as we will be out of town several times between late May and late October. We did enjoy our experience with you last year and will certainly be shopping your stand at Worthington and/or Clintonville the weeks we are in town. I'd like to stay on your email list if possible, anyway, just to keep up with things. We were impressed by the quality of your food and the good service we received, and someday, when a CSA makes sense for us again, we'll be back! Meanwhile, we'll still be supporting you and enjoying the benefits of your hard work.

Thank you!

Rose and Ron"

From Farm to Table with The Wayward Seed Farm

How would you like to receive a share of fresh local vegetables every week, direct from Ohio's rich soil? Join us on The Veranda at The Hills Market as we explain the benefits of Community Supported Agriculture (CSA). Learn how you can own a share (delivered weekly to The Hills Market on Wednesdays from 6:30-8:30pm) at this informational gathering. You will also be able to take part in a special Asparagus tasting and try a Micro Green salad, grown and harvested specifically for this event.

What you can expect when you pick up your CSA share from The Hills Market:

  • You can taste samples of recipes using that week's produce prepared by the Professional Foodies at Hills. The recipes will be available for you to take home.

  • You can taste beer and wine selections (priced by the pour) on The Veranda, specifically designed to complement your new produce.

  • You can relax and mingle on The Veranda with other CSA members.

If you are unable to attend the May 14th event, but are still interested in taking part in our Vegetable CSA, please email us at farm@waywardseed.com.
